We cannot guarantee that colours on the website will be true to life. This depends partly on the colour settings of your computer and monitor.
If you receive a faulty item(s) does not live up to our quality standards, please contact us immediately at: email@example.com for further consultation. Rozentale Ltd is responsible for all shipping charges involving claims and incorrect deliveries for our fault. Faulty item(s) will be exchanged to the same type of item(s), subject to availability. You must return the item(s) you consider faulty to us within a 14- business day period following delivery.
We take great care to ensure that your item(s) reaches you promptly and in excellent condition.
All item(s) are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers.
When you place an item(s) to rozentale.co.uk you will receive an electronic order confirmation to your e-mail address. Before placing an item(s) at the Rozentale.co.uk you must agree to these Terms and Conditions.
We cannot guarantee that all item(s) shown at the Rozentale.co.uk are available in stock at the time of your order. If the item(s) you have ordered is out of stock we will contact you by e-mail and you will be entitled to terminate.
When your order(s) has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Our item(s) will be sent to you by Royal Mail delivery. We don’t want you to wait too long to receive your exciting purchase, and always aim to have your item(s) with you within 1-5 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding Bank Holidays) and signature is required.
If there is no one available to sign for a delivery then item(s) will be returned to the post office depot and a driver will leave a contact card in your post box in for you to arrange a re-delivery at your convenience.
As soon as your order has been prepared for shipping or has shipped, we are unfortunately unable to change the shipping address for safety reasons.
If you refuse your purchase or if we are unable to deliver the item(s) because of wrong or faulty information, we will deduct the shipping and any other fees.
London same day delivery:
For urgent orders to any London postcode you may use our London same day service for which we charge £20. This includes full insurance cover.Please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange this.
United Kingdom and Ireland :
Rozentale Ltd. offers free delivery on all orders over £100 in UK and Irland.
For customers in United Kingdom and Irland your item(s) are sent with Royal Mail and they usually deliver between 1-3 business days.
Europe and rest of the world:
Rozentale Ltd offers free delivery on all orders over £100 in Europe and rest of the world.
For international shipping all duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
For customers in Europe and Rest of the world your item(s) are sent with Royal Mail and they usually deliver between 10-15 business days.
Please kindly note that our ambition is to deliver your item(s) as soon as possible. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
Returns / Exchanges
Please, contact us at email@example.com if you would like to return your order. Your money will be refunded within 14 days after receiving item(s) and completing the quality check. We reserve the right to refuse return of a damaged, worn or used item(s). The order should be returned within 14 days.
You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.
We have taken care to produce the highest quality item(s). If however, you are not completely satisfied with your item(s), we will refund or exchange the garment within 14 days of receipt, provided that the item(s) is still in perfect condition, unworn and with all tags attached. Please note that earrings cannot be returned unless faulty, for reasons of hygiene.
We will not accept returns on item(s) that has been worn or is returned in damaged condition.
Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Package boxes should also be protected as they are considered part of the product, and your return may not be accepted if the box is damaged.
We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the order and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our office. We also recommend that you use a secure, trackable means to return your order to us, and that you retain proof of sending, in case of a dispute.
By placing an order at Rozentale Ltd, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to Rozentale Ltd.
